With a degree in Stage Direction and Playwriting (Extraordinary Prize, 1997) and in Italian Philology (Honorary Prize from the University of Barcelona, 2001), she made her debut translating and directing plays in the 1990s. Since then, she has always combined both tasks and has combined them with teaching.

Her most recent productions include the first stage adaptation of Doris Lessing's novel The Golden Notebook (which won six Critics' Awards in 2020, including Best Playwriting and Best Direction); Tennessee Williams' The Night of the Iguana and The Rose Tattoo; Àngel Guimerà's Sol Solet i Maria Rosa and Anton P. Chekhov's Three Sisters, among many others.

In recent years she has also written and directed two creative shows about political activism: Una lluita constant, based on various social protest movements from 1968 to the present day, and Grrrls! based on feminist manifestos from the 20th and 21st centuries. 

Since 2013 she has been a lecturer in the Department of Staging, Dramaturgy and Choreography at the Theatre Institute.
